These terms govern your use of texxtomca.com and any application you submit through it. They are not the funding agreement — that is a separate contract you would sign.
This is a purchase of receivables, not a loan
Funding offered through this site is structured as the purchase of a portion of your business's future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan, there is no interest rate and no APR, and there is no fixed maturity date. Cost is expressed as a factor rate applied to the amount advanced.
Because it is not a loan, consumer lending disclosures that apply to loans do not apply. The agreement you sign governs remittance amount, frequency and reconciliation.
We are not the funder, and we are not advisers
Texxto MCA is a funding marketplace operated by Cobian Holdings Corp. We are not a bank and in most transactions we are not the party purchasing your receivables. We are not your attorney, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice. Have your own adviser review any agreement before you sign it.
No offer, no approval, no guarantee
Estimates, ranges and calculator output on this site are illustrations generated from the numbers you enter. They are not offers, approvals, commitments or guarantees of funding, of an amount, of a factor rate, or of a timeline. Every file is subject to underwriting, and a funder may decline for reasons we do not control.
What you promise us
That you are an owner or authorised officer of the business, that you are at least 18, and that the information and documents you give us are true and yours to provide. Submitting altered bank statements or misrepresenting ownership ends the application and may be referred onward.
You authorise us to verify what you submit, including by contacting your bank, checking public records, and performing a soft credit inquiry.
Electronic signatures and records
You agree that your electronic signature and your consent to do business electronically have the same effect as ink on paper, and that we may deliver disclosures and records to you electronically.
Communications
By submitting an application you agree we may contact you about it by email, phone and SMS, including with an autodialer. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See the privacy notice for detail.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above says when we last did. Florida law governs, and the venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
