Working capital in days, priced off your deposits, not your FICO.
Texxto MCA funds small business by purchasing a portion of your future receivables. Three months of bank statements, a real underwriter, and a decision the same day on a complete file.
- $10,000 to $500,000
- 6+ months in business
- No collateral pledged
- Open advances welcome
What lands in the business bank account in a normal month.
Estimated funding range
$40,000 to $75,000
An estimate from deposits alone, not an offer. Real amounts come from underwriting your statements.
Soft pull. No effect on your credit score.
How it works
Four steps. The only one that takes real effort is the statements, and connecting your bank removes even that.
- Step 1
Tell us what you need
Amount, what it is for, and how soon. Two minutes, no documents yet.
- Step 2
Connect or upload statements
Three months of business bank statements. Connect the account or drag the PDFs in.
- Step 3
We underwrite the deposits
A real person reads the statements. The rate check is a soft pull, so your score is untouched.
- Step 4
Funds move
Sign, and funding follows once the file clears. No prepayment penalty for paying early.
How this differs from a bank loan
Both have their place. If you have the time and the collateral, a bank is cheaper. This is for when you do not.
| Texxto MCA | Bank term loan | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Purchase of future receivables | Term loan against collateral |
| Time to decision | Same day on a complete file | 2 to 8 weeks |
| Credit check | Soft pull for the rate check | Hard pull |
| Collateral | No specific collateral pledged | Often real estate or equipment |
| Paperwork | Application plus 3 months of statements | Full financial package, tax returns |
| Repayment | Fixed remittance, daily or weekly | Monthly amortised payment |
| Open positions | Considered and refinanced | Usually disqualifying |
What would it cost?
Move the amount and pick a factor rate to see the remittance. We show the arithmetic rather than quoting you a rate we have not underwritten.
- Daily remittance
- $710
- Total payback
- $93,750
- Cost of capital
- $18,750
- Remittances
- 132 over 6 months
An illustration at the factor rate you picked. Your actual factor, amount and term come from underwriting, and a factor rate is not an APR.

Do you qualify?
Most businesses with six months of deposits do. There is no credit-score floor because we underwrite the bank account, not the bureau.

Questions merchants actually ask
Is this a loan?
No. We purchase a portion of your future receivables at a discount. That is why there is no APR and no fixed maturity date — you remit a set amount out of deposits until the purchased amount is delivered.
Will checking my rate hurt my credit?
No. The rate check is a soft pull. It is not a bureau inquiry that other lenders see, and it does not move your score.
What do you actually need from me?
The application, and three months of business bank statements. If you connect your bank we pull them ourselves. We ask for more only when the file needs it.
I already have an advance. Does that disqualify me?
No. Open positions are normal in this market. We read what is already remitting out of your deposits and either refinance it or add behind it.
How fast is funding?
A complete file can be decisioned the same day. Funding timing depends on underwriting and signed contracts, so we will not promise you a date before your file is read.
What does it cost?
Cost is quoted as a factor rate on the amount advanced, not an interest rate. The calculator above shows what a given factor would cost you. Your actual factor comes from underwriting your statements.
Is there a penalty for paying early?
No prepayment penalty. Because the cost is fixed at purchase rather than accrued over time, paying early does not reduce the total — but it does free your deposits sooner.
